  • Expertise: Established history of developing and refining analog IC architectures for optical transceivers, with profound knowledge of high-speed signaling, noise control, and energy efficiency.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in analog design tools and simulation software, with a strong grasp of fabrication technologies and familiarity with both current and emerging optical communication standards.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven capability to lead intricate projects, mentor colleagues, and promote innovation.
