Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Care at Memorial Hospital and Manor, a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician or Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive aspects of Respiratory Care, including:

  • Prevention and Diagnostic Testing
  • Therapeutics and Emergency Care
  • Education and Patient Support

Responsibilities will include experience with Ventilators, BiPAP machines, Nebulizers, Oxygen Therapy, Arterial Blood Gas analysis, and Electrocardiogram interpretation.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must be a Respiratory Student in a Respiratory school, having completed at least the second semester. Additionally, a certificate indicating successful completion of a Certification or Registry exam by the National Board for Respiratory Care within 90 days of hire is required.
