Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, evaluation, and review of various tasks in support of project execution.
- Develop and implement technical concepts and designs for projects.
- Prepare and review documents, including reports, studies, plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior-level engineers.
- BA/BS in Civil Engineering plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Demonstrated experience working on site/civil design projects.
- Experience preparing calculations and design documents (reports, plans, specifications).
- Valid US Driver's License required.
- Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State (CA Preferred) or able to register for PE exam within 1 year.
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering and building development projects.
- Experience with permitting site/land development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and organizing tasks and teams in a deadline-intensive environment.
