Key Responsibilities- Network Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and reliability of our network infrastructure.
- System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system outages and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and restore service as quickly as possible.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in telecommunications or network operations.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
