Packaging Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Packaging Development Specialist. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing new packaging solutions for the food and non-food sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new packaging solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as packaging or plastic technology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful packaging solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
