Job Overview

As a key member of our team at SERVPRO of Pflugerville/Stillwater/Guthrie/S Tulsa/Edmond, you will play a crucial role in managing reconstruction projects that restore properties affected by fire and water damage. Your efforts will ensure that our clients experience a seamless and satisfactory recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and propose project plans
  • Guide clients through the restoration process
  • Define and document the scope of work
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Review and approve project estimates
  • Secure necessary permits for projects
  • Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets
  • Identify and evaluate subcontractors and resource providers
  • Negotiate project terms and set clear expectations
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in restoration or construction is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check as per applicable laws
Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
  • Physical stamina for extended periods of walking, standing, and climbing
  • Capability to work at heights and navigate ladders
