At Tenet Massachusetts, we seek a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at one of our Dover, Massachusetts locations. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant and be certified by AOTA. Experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan, under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist.
- Document treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements.
- Work with children through geriatric patients with clinical competency.
- Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- Perform selected tests and measurements as directed by therapist.
- Active U.S. military service members or veterans with any military service, training, or education verified and credited by an accredited OTA program.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA.
- Licensure, as required by State law.
