Caregiving Specialist in Occupational Therapy

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, adhering to state regulations and guidelines governing occupational therapy assistants.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals, working in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:
  • CURRENT OTA licensure in Massachusetts.
  • CURRENT CPR certification.
  • A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and adequate insurance coverage.

Salary:$68,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
