Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operations of the MSC Navy ERP Business Office. Engage in specific activities related to training oversight, including:

  • Draft necessary documentation for user training sessions.
  • Collaborate with functional subject matter experts to create digital training materials.
  • Design online training programs using SAPTM EnableNowTM.
  • Ensure that training prerequisites for end-users are fulfilled before role assignments.
  • Work alongside users and the Navy ERP PMO to adapt to evolving user access needs and compliance with information security protocols.
  • Facilitate end-user role maintenance activities by providing supervisors with essential tools, procedures, and forms for granting access to relevant end-user roles required for executing business transactions within the Navy ERP production environment.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Secret Clearance: Selected candidates will undergo a Government background check and must meet the criteria for access to classified information.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in Department of Defense training development and management.
  • Experience with Navy ERP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Experience with SAPTM EnableNowTM is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with clients at senior/executive levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a commitment to providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar platforms is advantageous.
Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree is required. Alternatively, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience may substitute for the degree.
