Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembler / Tester B (1st shift) to join our team at Cenergy International. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling and testing products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic assembly and testing functions using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and mechanical/electronic tools.
  • Record test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
  • Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, glaze, etc.
  • Actively participate in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement.
  • Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
