Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at NEO Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Customer Focus Team and ensuring the operational performance of our company meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve the highest possible Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication of program updates, quality, cost, and delivery information.
  • Sales Order Process: Manage the sales order process, including customer change requirements, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Mitigation: Coordinate the E&O mitigation plan to minimize losses and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Quote Management: Develop and manage quotes, including ECO cost impact, and ensure timely communication to customers.
  • Action Item List: Maintain and drive the Action Item List to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Customer Focus Team, setting priorities and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities, documenting and presenting results to the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, CEPM certification desired.
  • Experience: 3+ years of program management experience in contract electronics manufacturing highly desired.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, team player, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, project management and presentation capability, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
