Position Summary
MPOWER Performance is seeking a dedicated full-time Therapy Technician to collaborate with our licensed therapists in delivering orthopedic therapy assistance for patients. In this role, you will facilitate patient logistics, manage scheduling, and guide patients through therapist-recommended exercises while administering modalities as instructed. Our Physical and Occupational Therapy Technicians will work in unison to ensure a clean and organized clinic environment while optimizing clinic operations. This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

Administer prescribed modalities under the supervision of a therapist Assist patients in executing their exercise regimens Maintain cleanliness and organization to support a well-ordered clinic Aid in directing, transferring, and transporting patients to appropriate care areas to ensure smooth clinic operations Support the supervisor with daily operational tasks as required Manage clinic supplies to ensure they are ordered and stocked appropriately Ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition Assist the supervising therapist in managing the daily schedule Help with patient scheduling by confirming future appointments before patients leave the clinic Collaborate with front desk staff on administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling patients, filing paperwork, and data entry Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and compliance standards established by the practice Maintain proficiency in relevant computer software related to job functionsPerform additional tasks and projects as assigned by Therapy Administrators
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
