Key Responsibilities:
As a Rehabilitation Therapy Aide, you will:
- Conduct in-home patient visits according to the care plan established by a Physical Therapist.
- Guide and assist patients in various exercises, including active and passive movements, muscle re-education, and safety training.
- Monitor, document, and communicate the patient's response to treatment and any changes in their condition to the supervising provider.
- Educate patients and their families on how to effectively participate in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Rehabilitation Therapy Aide position, you must possess:
- A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the relevant state.
- Valid CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
- A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel as needed.
- At least one year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health or similar environment.
