Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our smart home solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain smart home systems, including DISH TV and Sling TV services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Ensure all installations meet DISH's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product offerings, providing customers with expert advice and guidance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to customer locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
