Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Medicare market strategy and drive business growth in this critical area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial reports, identifying areas of performance improvement, and making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex financial reports to identify areas of performance improvement and make informed business decisions.
  • Leverage market and competitive intelligence reporting to stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities.
  • Identify key member cohorts and develop strategies to achieve short- and long-term membership growth and retention.
  • Collaborate across lines of business to implement Medicare strategy and ensure seamless partnership and alignment across the enterprise.
  • Drive innovation and develop solutions to continually improve product performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on all aspects related to Medicare products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and develop plans of action to drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively and execute plans within project timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry marketplace, specific to Medicare Advantage.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Medicare Advantage and P&L.
