We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Medicare market strategy and drive business growth in this critical area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial reports, identifying areas of performance improvement, and making informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex financial reports to identify areas of performance improvement and make informed business decisions.
- Leverage market and competitive intelligence reporting to stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities.
- Identify key member cohorts and develop strategies to achieve short- and long-term membership growth and retention.
- Collaborate across lines of business to implement Medicare strategy and ensure seamless partnership and alignment across the enterprise.
- Drive innovation and develop solutions to continually improve product performance.
- Stay up-to-date on all aspects related to Medicare products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify areas of opportunity and develop plans of action to drive business growth.
- Communicate effectively and execute plans within project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry marketplace, specific to Medicare Advantage.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Medicare Advantage and P&L.
