Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: El Paso, Texas area
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance Management, overseeing a team of Technicians across various shifts.
- Experience with start-up projects, including Brownfield and Greenfield initiatives, as well as equipment transfers, is advantageous.
- Expertise in managing Preventative and Predictive Maintenance processes and workflows. Proficient in diagnosing electrical components such as circuits, motors, fuses, timers, and relays.
- Involvement in Project Management for Capital Equipment, collaborating with Engineering on the layout and installation of new production lines.
- Strong understanding of Ladder Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems, including brands like Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, ADC, Eaton, ABB, and Schneider Electric.
- Focus on enhancing machine conditions to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic vacuum systems.
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance, including HVAC, Compressed Air systems, and various mechanical tasks such as Carpentry and Painting.
- Ability to prioritize repair work orders, schedule maintenance technicians, and manage inventory for the machine shop and spare parts.
- Proficient in updating and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in a dynamic, semi-automated manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
