As a Graduate Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver care to patients with needs ranging from basic to complex, utilizing the nursing process.
- Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
- Practice in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model, the ANA's Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active enrollment in a BSN program (signed BSN commitment form required).
- Ability to obtain BCLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
- Nurses are expected to pursue professional certification upon eligibility or within three years of entering the specialty practice.
- Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits starting the 1st of the month following your start date.
