Job Overview

As a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Crewmember with the Army National Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the rocket's red glare. The MLRS is a highly specialized system, using different pieces of equipment, and is operated by a team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include establishing, maintaining, and operating MLRS equipment to support infantry and tank units by supplementing cannon artillery during combat.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the self-propelled launch vehicles
• Reload ammunition and resupply vehicles
• Test and maintain the fire control systems
• Mount radio sets and communication systems in all vehicles

Requirements

• Physically and mentally fit to perform under pressure
• Ability to multitask
