We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Education. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in the elementary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and other professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in speech and language therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Illinois Speech and Language Pathologist License
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
