Caregiver - Visiting Angels - District of Columbia - HHA (Home Health Aide)

We are seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to our clients in the District of Columbia. As a caregiver with Visiting Angels, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist clients with medication management and administration
- Assist clients with ambulation and transfer
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including tidying, dusting, and vacuuming
- Valid Home Health Aide certification
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand directions in English
- Physical ability to lift and transfer clients
