Position Overview
In this role, you will oversee the Credit & Collections division, focusing on enhancing operational objectives and managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for developing budgets, timelines, and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently. Your leadership will coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and provide support to leadership in the formulation and design of new initiatives.
- Oversee project status reporting through formal briefings, update meetings, and comprehensive reports.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, action item logs, and milestone timelines for all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage all assigned projects to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Serve as the primary contact for project status updates, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for team improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and equitable treatment of all team members, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Act as a liaison for change management, effectively communicating significant business initiatives to the team.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations and vendor processes.
- Prepare financial forecasts, activity reports, and compliance reports as required.
- Oversee vendor invoicing to ensure timely payments and resolution of any issues.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Maintain regular attendance and be available for variable schedules as necessary.

Education Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. However, Comcast may also consider candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or those with extensive professional experience in related fields.
