Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient processes to monitor global customer product claims.
- Oversee the intake, validation, and processing of product claims and supporting documents.
- Conduct analytical and financial reviews of supporting data.
- Monitor claim administration and negotiation progress.
- Collaborate with product and quality assurance teams to analyze risk areas.
- Work closely with finance to forecast and administer claim settlements.
- Determine the value of settlements and review settlement contracts.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for insurance carriers.
- Assist with executive updates and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the high-tech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required.
- Big 4 accounting experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work efficiently, independently, and cross-functionally.
MPS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care coverage, dental and vision, 401(K), Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), up to 11 company-paid holidays, and 15-20 days of paid time off depending on tenure, generous discretionary company bonuses, and life and disability protection. Employees in sales positions may be eligible for sales incentive bonuses. Employees in certain positions may be eligible for stock compensation.
CompensationPay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $90,000 - $120,000. The base salary range for this position in California is $95,000 - $125,000.
