Job Title: Clinical Support Representative

Swope Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Representative to join our team. As a Clinical Support Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls and correspondence.
  • Assist with patient registration, including verifying patient information, obtaining necessary documents, and completing registration forms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
