Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and perform duties as assigned.
  • Assist in preparing and serving meals, including arranging trays and loading food carts.
  • Set up the dining room and ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
  • Wash and store dishes, utensils, and equipment in a sanitary manner.
  • Clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, and take out the trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure all areas, including dining and outdoor spaces, are free of debris and clutter.
  • Follow established procedures for reporting supply and equipment needs.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to defined safety codes and infection control procedures at all times.
  • Participate in fire and disaster drills and follow established emergency procedures.
  • Stay knowledgeable of federal, state, and facility regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the role.
  • Perform other duties or special assignments as directed by the General Manager or designee.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service to residents.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $11.00-$12.00 per hour.
