Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technologist to assist our surgical team in providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and first assistants during operations, passing sterile instruments and supplies as needed.
  • Hold retractors, internal organs, and other equipment to facilitate the surgical procedure.
  • Set up and operate robotic surgical equipment.
  • Handle specimens taken for laboratory analysis.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment.
