Job Overview

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $21.50 plus commissions

This role will initially involve approximately 20 to 40 hours of work per week, with the potential for additional hours based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales and engage with new clients.
  • Oversee employee scheduling and manage treatment appointments.
  • Handle customer check-outs post-appointments.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Availability to work Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM.
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide staff and maintain facility standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in management roles within spas, gyms, or wellness centers.
  • Background in sales or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry or experience in athletic training.
