Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in selling sheds, carports, and portable buildings, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Shadow experienced store managers to observe and learn best practices in store management, team leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Engage in self-directed learning and seek opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in driving store sales and achieving performance targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
