  • Administrative Support
    • Manages clinic computer hardware and software, adhering to company policies.
    • Answers multiple phone lines, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
    • Schedules appointments and accommodates patient needs, including ordering transportation and rescheduling.
  • Clinic Operations
    • Contacts insurance companies to verify patient eligibility.
    • Performs clerical tasks, such as copying, filing, and faxing.
    • Maintains procedure rooms, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
  • Support Services
    • Assists doctors during procedures, following instructions and individual preferences.
    • Prepares patients for procedures and cleans up after.
    • Ensures patients receive post-procedure instructions and medication information.
  • Additional Duties
    • Monitors supply levels and replaces as needed.
    • Trains new staff members as required.
    • Assists ultrasound staff and transports supplies or equipment as needed.
    • Works overtime as required and performs additional duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience
      • Receptionist or healthcare experience required.
    • Language Skills
      • Spanish and English required.
    • Availability
      • Weekend availability required.
