We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Counselor to join our team at Young Women's Leadership Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, as well as collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure the academic and personal success of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students
  • Develop and implement counseling programs to promote student well-being and academic success
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and development
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university
  • General qualifications of a teacher and a valid Texas school counselor certificate
  • Minimum two (2) years of teaching experience
