Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, improving store efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule team members effectively, balancing workload and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and optimize store layouts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to streamline operations and boost productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Communicate effectively with store teams, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure seamless execution of store plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in retail management, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Compensation Package: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
