Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures for new products. Your expertise will be crucial in driving cost reduction, cycle time, and lead time reduction, as well as improving material flow and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Global Operations team in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures for new products.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives and DFx strategies with internal partners, including Business Units.
  • Define and create manufacturing and quality documentation, including Operation Method Sheets, work instructions, test procedures, and inspection checklists.
  • Manage tooling and test equipment requirements, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Drive implementation and compliance of Manufacturing Readiness as part of the PLC process.
  • Oversee product transfers, ensuring that all manufacturing requirements are met.
  • Support outsourcing activities to Contract Manufacturers.
  • Engage with Product or Field support and Business Units to build the capability of the Engineering team on ASM equipment.
  • Create Sequence of Events (SOE) to define manufacturing flow and material staging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, with a focus on the semiconductor equipment industry.
  • 3 years of experience in New Product Introduction or transfer roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Experience in semiconductor or capital equipment industries, with a focus on manufacturing, quality, and engineering roles.
