The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in senior living or assisted living and a passion for Social and Human Services. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will make recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations. The successful candidate must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage, or cover shifts as needed.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
  • Associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
  • Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
  • Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3);
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a **full-time position** with an estimated salary of $55,462.00 annually.
