In this role as **Program Director**, you will oversee the management of programs supporting individuals with disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each individual receives guidance, encouragement, support, comfort, security, and safety through relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in senior living or assisted living and a passion for Social and Human Services. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will make recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations. The successful candidate must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage, or cover shifts as needed.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- Associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3);
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is a **full-time position** with an estimated salary of $55,462.00 annually. Benefits include full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holiday pay, Pay on Demand with Dayforce Wallet, and job security with an established, growing company specializing in Human Services.
