About the Role

\

State Street is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Assurance Analyst to join our team. This key role will be responsible for responding to cyber/information security policy violations and failures to comply, as well as working with various teams within State Street to resolve and recover from business process breaks and gaps.

This position requires strong analytic skills, critical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess creativity, quick reaction times, interview experience, and technical expertise to protect State Street's assets.

Responsibilities

\\[br]\
  • \
  • Analyze referred incidents for potential business process breaks and gaps\
  • Author analysis reports defining risks associated with identified business process breaks and gaps\
  • Author interim policy memos for GCS Standards updates\
  • Notify ISOs and other respective parties of business process deviations\
  • Initiate and coordinate manager and employee notification processes\
  • Author compliance submission memos for issue tracking databases\
  • Ensure dashboards and reporting databases are up to date\
  • Communicate findings to leadership and describe issues identified from analysis\
  • Prepare presentation slides on identified issue topics\\[/ul]\

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the cyber security environment, including approved and unapproved software requirements\
  • Strong understanding of business controls and associations with business processes\
  • Excellent prioritizing and organizational skills\
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills\
  • Excellent report writing skills\
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response and Anti-Virus tools\
  • Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention tools\
  • Knowledge and understanding of data organizing or structuring complex data across varied data sources\\[/ul]\
