  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration, and other essential systems, addressing repairs as needed.
  • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect alarm systems and coordinate necessary repairs to ensure safety compliance.
  • Execute manual repairs, including fixing locks and replacing windows.
  • Manage pest control activities, including the application of insecticides.
  • Oversee general upkeep tasks such as landscaping, painting, and carpentry as assigned.
  • Support budget preparation and adherence throughout maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with general maintenance processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in using tools and handling common appliances.
  • Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to work overtime when required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC or building maintenance technology is a plus.
  • Certification as a Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred.

This position requires a versatile individual capable of performing various maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, basic carpentry, and flooring repairs (tile, vinyl, carpet, etc.).
