We are seeking a highly skilled Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider to join our esteemed NeuroTrauma program in Corpus Christi, Texas. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a state-of-the-art hospital recognized for stroke and trauma treatment, an ACS-verified Level II trauma center that annually handles approximately 2,200 trauma patients.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with two experienced neurosurgeons in inpatient rounding, ER consults, and outpatient follow-ups.
  • Perform thorough patient assessments, order and evaluate diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and manage intracranial pressure monitors, drains, shunts, and complex spinal injuries.

**Work Schedule and Benefits:**

**Qualifications:**

  • Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
  • For PAs, certification through NCCPA is required; for NPs, certification through AANP or ANCC is required, with Neuro Emergency Certification being preferred.
  • One year or more of experience in neurology, orthopedic spine, trauma, or critical care is preferred.
