We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Service Line Director to lead our Mother/Baby nurse management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and increase operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar role. A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
