Job Description
The Manager has twenty-four hour responsibility for management of an assigned service lines/areas such that the delivery of high-quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained.
The Mother/Baby nurse manager is responsibe for care delivery of the antepartum, intrapartum and post partum population, as well as the well newborn population.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; currently licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland. Must meet all unit-specific certification requirements: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM are required. Professional Certification preferred. Three to five years' leadership/managerial experience preferred.

Pay Range:$58.28-$76.06
