Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for senior executives.
  • Tracking and driving completion of critical deliverables.
  • Scheduling travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Closing collaboration with departmental peers.
  • Supporting annual operational planning and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of senior leadership support experience.
  • Experience with executive calendar management.
  • Domestic or international travel coordination expertise.
