Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Class A Local Truck Driver to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across our local routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute trips, including breaks, fuel stops, and customer appointments, while managing unforeseen circumstances.
  • Load, unload, and transport products according to ADM and customer requirements.
  • Operate equipment for several hours at a time, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Follow all government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL, and GMP.
Requirements
  • 24 years of age or older.
  • One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required in the last seven years.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License REQUIRED.
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures.
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
  • No more than one chargeable accident within the last three years.
  • No more than one moving violation in the last three years.
  • No convictions of D.U.I., D.U.S., or open container in the last 7 years.
  • No positive controlled substance/alcohol tests from prior employer.
