Finance Administrator

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Finance Admin, where you will play a critical role in supporting our accounting and finance functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, updating receivable ledgers, and providing financial support to our finance department.

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including updating receivable ledgers
• Provide financial support to the finance department, including following up on finance contracts and submitting warranties and aftermarkets
• Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Process dealer trades, collect vehicle receivables, and claim manufacturer incentives

• Dealership experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask
