Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk Assistant Professional to become an integral part of our team at WATERS INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, INC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling financial data, computing charges, and preparing invoices in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely payment and accurate records.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records and making timely payments.
  • Cost Calculation: Calculate costs of goods and services, accurately tracking expenses and revenues.
  • Delivery Tracking: Monitor and record deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and distribute invoices for sales review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Office Support: Provide general office support, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in billing, finance, or related fields is essential.
  • Data Entry Skills: Strong data entry skills, including proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of standard accounting procedures and principles.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Dependability: High level of dependability and reliability, with a strong work ethic.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
