Ruan Transportation Management Systems is seeking a skilled Class A CDL flex truck driver to join our team in York, PA. As a key member of our dedicated customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting with cross-docking trucks, monitoring arrivals and dock times, and providing relief driving services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cross-docking trucks and monitor arrivals and dock times
  • Provide relief driving services to cover routes and rescue loads as needed
  • Conduct road tests, training, and skills assessments for new team members
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate of $329.36 per day and $1,646.80 per week, averaging $85,633.60 per year
  • Weekly pay schedule
  • Monday through Friday schedule with occasional overnights
  • Opportunity to drive a Day Cab with 53' trailer
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
