Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate classroom operations and implement our proprietary curriculum, which is literacy-based and structured, yet flexible to accommodate individual student needs.
  • Develop and lead activities that promote learning and play, ensuring a perfect balance between the two.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build relationships with families, school administration, and the community.
  • Comply with company and state-specific standards, maintaining validation of required credentials and adhering to state-specific education requirements.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Preferably 6+ months of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
