Job Description

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team in the Pulmonary Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with various pulmonary diseases, including spirometry testing, vaccine administration, and education on inhaler use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
  • Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct spirometry testing to diagnose and monitor pulmonary conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Current, unrestricted California RN License required.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience required.
  • Experience with pulmonary patients preferred.
