Job Title: Program Coordinator RN

As a Program Coordinator RN in the Neurology department, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient testing, procedures, and appointments
  • Manage office-based patient communication systems
  • Identify gaps in the program pathway and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with vendors and referring providers
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse - PA
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science
  • 5+ years Nursing experience
