- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless job execution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet attendance requirements for required Union training and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 1+ years of industry experience or experience in servicing mechanical systems in the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, and peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills to represent Johnson Controls and support the activities of Mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical mechanical HVAC equipment.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
- 1-2 years of trade school or college in a technical emphasis.
