This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance to Trane Technologies customers in a defined market. You'll work with a diverse commercial base, including healthcare, process manufacturing facilities, education institutions, and office complexes.
- You'll commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment, utilizing your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.
- You'll work closely with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.
- You'll represent the company as the primary customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with typically 5+ years of experience in HVAC. Technical school or formal training is preferred.
- You'll possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
- You'll be EPA certified and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office software and handheld computers.
- You'll be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seatbelt.
- You'll be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harnesses, and safety boots to perform job duties.
- You'll be able to twist your trunk 90 degrees in each direction, squat, and reach overhead.
- You'll be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
