Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all catering services consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Present Levy's catering offerings in a manner that enhances guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Communicate client requirements through timely and detailed written and verbal correspondence to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Possess location-specific knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Initiate contact with clients to confirm their food and beverage selections ahead of events.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of service.
- Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional service.
- Foster an environment where team members provide Heartfelt Hospitality to every guest.
- Maintain show quality standards at all times.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.
- Regularly gather feedback from clients and guests to enhance operations.
- Support and communicate company initiatives effectively.
- Address and assist with any guest service issues that arise.
- Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as directed by management in accordance with Levy standards.
- Develop and implement strategic research programs and plans aligned with company goals.
- Utilize relevant Levy systems accurately (e.g., Purchasing Systems, Point-of-sale, Timekeeping Systems).
- Achieve daily sales and assigned cost objectives.
- Meet budgetary goals set for the department.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation practices consistently.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
- Complete required daily reporting in a timely manner.
- Compile information for month-end closing reports.
- Ensure team members follow Levy guidelines as outlined in training materials.
- Promote continuous revenue development processes.
- Encourage the sale of profitable Levy services.
- Prepare forecasts and analyses of group sales in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure accurate billing for client services and timely receipt of payments.
- Utilize performance management tools to guide and support team members.
- Promote a collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and team members.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards team members.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-of-house food and beverage operational role, ideally in restaurants or catering.
- High level of computer proficiency.
- Strong passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
