Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the culinary operations at Levy within the Moda Center. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our in-house clubs and catering services operate seamlessly, delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all catering services consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Present Levy's catering offerings in a manner that enhances guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Communicate client requirements through timely and detailed written and verbal correspondence to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Possess location-specific knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Initiate contact with clients to confirm their food and beverage selections ahead of events.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of service.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional service.

  • Maintain show quality standards at all times.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.

  • Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as directed by management in accordance with Levy standards.

  • Achieve daily sales and assigned cost objectives.
  • Meet budgetary goals set for the department.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation practices consistently.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Complete required daily reporting in a timely manner.
  • Compile information for month-end closing reports.
  • Ensure team members follow Levy guidelines as outlined in training materials.
  • Promote continuous revenue development processes.
  • Encourage the sale of profitable Levy services.
  • Prepare forecasts and analyses of group sales in line with company guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate billing for client services and timely receipt of payments.
  • Utilize performance management tools to guide and support team members.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and team members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards team members.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-of-house food and beverage operational role, ideally in restaurants or catering.
  • High level of computer proficiency.
  • Strong passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
