Tomorrow's Hope is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver for Supported Living. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Residential Habilitation Professional with assessments and baselines of residents as needed
  • Implement participant schedules and programs on a daily basis
  • Assist with planning, shopping, and preparing meals
  • Collect and record accurate data and other required documentation
  • Encourage participants to engage in daily activities, such as walking, cooking, and learning new skills
  • Communicate with the Residential Habilitation Professional about concerns and recommendations
  • Ensure that all participants' rights are upheld
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
  • Must be certified in First Aid and CPR
  • Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check
  • Must be free from communicable diseases and have an understanding of universal precautions
  • Must possess a current State ID
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand the resident's program and implement it
  • Must complete orientation training and participant-specific training
Compensation

$15-$17 per hour
