Key Responsibilities- Assist the Residential Habilitation Professional with assessments and baselines of residents as needed
- Implement participant schedules and programs on a daily basis
- Assist with planning, shopping, and preparing meals
- Collect and record accurate data and other required documentation
- Encourage participants to engage in daily activities, such as walking, cooking, and learning new skills
- Communicate with the Residential Habilitation Professional about concerns and recommendations
- Ensure that all participants' rights are upheld
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
- Must be certified in First Aid and CPR
- Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check
- Must be free from communicable diseases and have an understanding of universal precautions
- Must possess a current State ID
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand the resident's program and implement it
- Must complete orientation training and participant-specific training
$15-$17 per hour
