Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor social media content strategies and campaigns for designated client accounts.
  • Craft engaging, curated, and targeted content and visuals that align with established brand guidelines across diverse social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Produce original content, including on-site photography and videography as necessary. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and implement innovative graphic assets.
  • Oversee account engagement and community interactions to ensure active, responsive, and brand-consistent communication and client service.
  • Design, execute, and assess paid advertising campaigns as required by clients, analyzing and optimizing results based on client objectives.
  • Work closely with account and creative teams to provide actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date content calendars for both internal and client use.
  • Identify and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights for monthly client reports; track and refine performance against set account goals and objectives, translating findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy; pursue ongoing education to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Assist the agency team with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, representing brands across various platforms, along with a solid foundation in general marketing principles.
  • Proven understanding of social content management and optimization practices across all relevant social media platforms; experience with Meta Business Suite is advantageous.
  • Skilled in sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Familiarity with basic photo and video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Adobe Rush, Adobe Premiere, and/or CapCut is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle various projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated creativity and the capability to balance innovative marketing with analytical thinking.
  • A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • Availability for original content creation through on-site and off-site photography and videography as required, including occasional shoots outside of standard business hours.
  • A genuine passion for creative social media marketing, with a focus on producing assets that enhance and energize client and agency brands.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory based on relevant work experience.
